BiographyChad R. Steenhoek is a conservative small business leader who has worked hard to provide for his family. He is very concerned with the state of government's spending and is looking for a change. The Steenhoeks have been members of Bridgeway Church for 8 years. He is also a member of Practical Farmers of Iowa and the Iowa Organics Association. His business, Steenhoek Environmental, recycles yard and agricultural waste and makes a value-added product, humus compost. Chad graduated from Ames High in 1992, and attended Waldorf college in Forest City, then Iowa State before starting his own business in 2000.
Chad and his wife Wendy have been married for 15 years and reside northwest of Ames on their farm with their three children Cole, Jake, and Anna. My Values- God is the Creator
